Full-Service Planning
starting at 6000
The Unwrapped & Uncorked Events full-service package includes Kathryn by your side every step of the way during the planning process. This package is well-suited for our couples hosting a destination wedding in Austin, couples with busy schedules & careers of their own, or for those looking for guidance much earlier on in the process.
Pre-Planning Includes:
- Unlimited communication upon booking.
- Collaboration through the Unwrapped & Uncorked Events planning software and documents.
- Budget discussion and tracking.
- Design inspiration chat and guidance.
- Venue research, site visits, and assistance with the selection & booking process.
- Wedding vendor search, guidance on what questions to ask, and assistance with the selection & booking process.
- Attendance at venue walk-throughs and vendor meetings as needed.
- Room block and lodging assistance.
- Review of all wedding-related contracts prior to client signing.
- Final walk-through and additional availability closer to the wedding.
- Wedding weekend timeline creation.
- Layout and creation of seating configuration
- Communication and liaison with all vendors throughout the planning process and point-of contact going into the wedding weekend.
Weekend Wedding Management:
- One hour rehearsal run-through assistance.
- Final review of timeline/planner day-of tasks with clients.
- Timeline coordination during setup, vendor load-in, ceremony, reception, and breakdown.
- Setup of basic client items
- Point person for day-of so the couple, family & friends can just enjoy the day.
- Cue music and bridal party during ceremony, grand entrance, special dances, and all noteworthy timeline details.
- Post-wedding follow up with vendors, venue and couple.
Wedding Management

Why Wedding Management over “day-of” or “month-of” coordination?
Even if you are handling the planning on your own, having a savvy planner at your side earlier on in the process will save you stress, be available for questions, and allow you to finalize the plans early so the month-of the wedding isn’t a mad dash to the finish.
For couples handling the planning on their own, we always at least recommend having a professional assist you during the final months prior to the wedding and of course on the day-of.
Wedding Management Package Includes:
- Communication & check-ins upon booking.
- Available for planning related questions and suggestions.
- Access & collaboration to Unwrapped & Uncorked Events timeline link upon booking.
- Wedding timeline and room layout creation.
- Final details worked out with our couple and vendors months prior and month-of the wedding.
- Final review of timeline/planner day-of tasks with clients.
